We are excited to continue offering Youth Archery this year. This program is a great introduction to the sport of archery. Our goal is to create a safe, fun and learning environment for archers ages 10-17 years old. Instructors from the Maine School of Archery will teach range safety and proper shooting mechanics. The program consists of a series of classes taught by a Maine School of Archery instructor.JOAD offers archers the opportunity to learn range safety and proper shooting technique in an environment that fosters focus and increased self-confidence. JOAD is open to all youth ages 10-17 years old and is designed to grow with each individual archer.
