Junior Olympic Archery Development Program (JOAD) - Session 2: March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16, & 23, 2025 Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) is a USA Archery program that helps archers to enjoy the sports recreationally or progress to the excitement of competition. The program consists of a series of classes taught by a Maine School of Archery instructor.JOAD offers archers the opportunity to learn range safety and proper shooting technique in an environment that fosters focus and increased self-confidence.
Looking for a fun weeknight activity?!
We have had very strong demand for adult archery this winter. Most classes have been full and some with waiting lists. As a result, we are adding another opportunity for adults to participate in archery. We have opened up session 2 of JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development Program) to adults. We will split the gym with youth using one set of targets and adults using an another.

Adult Archery Program (AAP) - Session 2: March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16, & 23, 2025 The Adult Archery Program is a USA Archery program that allows adults to learn proper shooting technique, achieve awards based on score, and pursue competition if they wish. The program consists of a series of classes taught by a Maine School of Archery instructor or coach. The Adult Archery Program is a logical “next step” for adult archers pursuing this lifetime sport.
