Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, movement-based practice rooted in ancient Indian tradition, linking breath to movement in a continuous, flowing sequence. Drawing from lineages developed over thousands of years, this class distills those teachings into an accessible, modern format open to all levels. Participants will learn foundational alignment principles, how to coordinate breath with movement, and how to build and modify sequences to meet their individual needs. Over time, practitioners develop greater strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Beyond the physical, vinyasa cultivates present-moment focus and stress regulation, which are skills that translate directly into daily life. Participants leave each class with tools to manage energy, reduce tension, and build a sustainable relationship with their own bodies.
