This six-week stroke clinic is designed for swimmers preparing to compete in open water races. Participants will focus on refining technique, improving efficiency, and building endurance to feel strong and confident beyond the pool. Each session will incorporate skills such as sighting, pacing strategies, drafting, and maintaining stroke form under fatigue. Whether you’re training for your first open water event or looking to sharpen your competitive edge, this clinic will help you develop the skills, confidence, and stamina needed to perform your best on race day.
(*Please note: This program focuses solely on in-water race skills and safety. Land-based race information will not be covered.)
