T’ai Chi Chih (TCC)
Join us in January for this new Tai Chi Chih program! Steeped in a calm yet energy-driven, inclusive mind,
body, and soul. TCC is meditative while feeding the need to move. With proven health benefits and no special
equipment required, this practice goes anywhere you do, and it's a perfect modality for cultivating "calm in the
midst of chaos".
