Looking to try something new, stay active and meet great people along the way?
The Portland Archery Club offers a welcoming space for adults (ages 18 and up) of
all experience levels to learn and grow in the sport of archery. Our fun and
engaging classes are taught by expert instructors from the Maine School of
Archery and are designed to help you develop your skills in a relaxed, supportive
environment.
You'll learn range safety, proper shooting techniques, and foundational archery
skills. As your confidence grows, you’ll have the opportunity to explore advanced
techniques, compete against other clubs, or just enjoy a weekly activity with a
like-minded community. Whether you're new to the sport or picking it up again, the
Portland Archery Club is a great way to build focus, confidence and friendships.
Location: Reiche Community Center
Length: 8-week program
Participants: up to 16 participants, ages 18 years old and up
Cost: $225 for 8-week sessions, $125 for 4-week sessions
Where: Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:30PM
Session 1: September 10, 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Session 2: November 5, 12, 19, 26
Session 3: January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18, 25
Session 4: March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22
Session 5: April 29, May 6, 13, 20
