Egg Hunt 2024
Get ready to scramble! Join Portland Parks, Recreation & Facilities for the 3rd Annual Egg Scramble at Payson Park on April 12th, 10-11am (rain date 4/19). Enjoy egg hunting, photos with Bubba the Bunny, music, games and a potato sack race!
  • Parking: Arboretum Rd. is closed from 9am-2 pm (volunteer parking only). Limited parking available.
  • Check-in: Starts at 10 am at Payson Hill entrance (A-E, F-J, K-O, P-T, U-Z).
  • Egg Scramble: Begins around 10:30am after check-in. Kids receive a reusable bag (20 egg capacity).
  • Age Groups: 6+ starts first (see map for designated blue area) and 0-5 starts shortly after (pink area).
  • Golden Eggs: Find one of 100 golden eggs and redeem it at the Recreation table.
  • Rules: Max 20 eggs per child. One golden egg per child. No dogs. Wear sneakers/boots. No pushing/shoving.
  • Fun for all! Volunteers will be on hand to assist.
