We will be offering weekly hours for adults, teens, and families.Teen Drop-in Gym Hours: Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00pm (grades 7-12)Adult Drop-in Basketball: Thursdays from 6:00-8:00pm (ages 18+)Family Drop-in Gym Hours: Sundays from 3:00-5:00pm (all ages)*Please note for Family Gym: parents/caregivers are required to stay for the duration of the program and are welcome to supervise or join in on the fun!DANCERCISE on Peaks - NEW PROGRAM!Move to music as we combine low-impact cardio plus stretching for a fun, interactive workout. We will sample different music and dance styles over four weeks, including popular songs of the mid-20th century, Latin rhythms, and Broadway hits. Join us at the Community Center on Monday and/or Wednesday mornings. Class is suitable for beginners and non-dancers! Wear comfortable clothes and secure shoes (running/athletic/trainers).About the instructor: Caitlin Osborne retired from Penn State University in 2018, where she taught dance and theatre classes.
