Did you know that falls are the leading cause of Emergency Room visits for people over the age of 65, and are a leading cause of hospital admissions? The good news is that falls are not a normal part of aging! Come learn about the parts of your nervous system that play a role in balance, learn what you can do to maintain balance throughout your life, and discuss how to prevent falls from a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in balance and vestibular training.
